Amenity Forestry and Woodland Management

We are well versed, experienced and capable of providing these services given our training and experience in working with trees in Milton Keynes and other New Towns in the south of England for nearly forty years.

We have a proven track record of competent and economic woodland management in amenity areas, business parks, conservation areas, residential areas and in parks and open spaces generally.

We will produce a woodland management plan for the client and as part of that process we will

• Survey the woodland and collect the appropriate data
• Produce a site plan which will be sub-divided into management compartments
• Describe the features of the site including boundaries, access, roads, footpaths, watercourses, tree species and their health and vigour and any potential markets for forest produce
• Produce a woodland compartment site plan in AutoCad dwg format
• Provide the optinum aims and objectives for the woodland
• Produce a ten year management plan document with detailed prescription and costings for the work planned in each compartment
• Keep in touch with the client at all stages and accomdoate their wishes as the plan is put together
• We can once the client has approved the plan recommend suitable contractos for the work and if necessary we can supervise any works instructed by the client
