Summary BS 5837:2005

Trees in Relation to Construction (Recommendations)

We specialise in preparing detail reports relating to the trees on any site where the client is obliged to provide the relevant detail in relation to BS 5837 Trees in Relation to Construction (Recommendations) are needed for planning applications or to fulfil the conditions of such an application.

We will supply the following information in accord with BS 5837 in electronic and hard copy formats at the most advantageous, value for money prices:

Section 4.2 The Basic Tree Survey
Section 5. The Tree Constraints Plan
Section 6. The Arboricultural Implications Assessment
Section 7. The Arboricultural Method Statement and Tree Protection Plan

This will include all the trees on the site and will contain specific reference to the presence or absence of Tree Preservation Orders and whether or not the site lies within a Conservation Area.

The completed survey is guaranteed to comply with BS 5837 and will provide all of the technical information required by the Local Planning Authority.
